📋 Description

• Serve as OCHIN’s executive leader responsible for advancing care delivery through AI and innovation. • Identify, evaluate, and scale innovative solutions to improve healthcare outcomes. • Establish strategic innovation priorities and guide innovation investments. • Lead OCHIN’s clinical innovation portfolio and drive adoption of emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, or other advanced clinical degree required. • 15+ years of progressive health care leadership experience. • Experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation, innovation, digital health, clinical operations, or technology-enabled care delivery initiatives. • Experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, digital health, or novel care delivery models. • Experience influencing organizational strategy and executive decision-making in complex healthcare environments. • Experience building consensus and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, clinicians, product leaders, operational leaders, and external partners.
