• Serve as the strategic lead for university recruiting and inclusive talent partnerships • Deliver OCHIN's university recruiting strategy, creating sustainable talent pipelines • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with various educational institutions • Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions • Measure, analyze, and communicate ROI of recruiting partnerships and initiatives
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience • Proven success establishing and sustaining strategic partnerships with HBCUs, HSIs, and other talent communities • Experience developing university recruiting strategies • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills • Excellent relationship-building, networking, consultative, and influencing skills • Experience leveraging applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and modern recruiting technologies • Passion for mission-driven work and improving healthcare access and outcomes
