• Own and evolve a complex product system • Support hands-on onboarding for new customers • Support post-launch activities • Partner deeply with Engineering to define technical direction • Drive structured execution across planning, delivery, and release cycles • Ensure resilience, scalability, and maintainability of the product over time • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to deliver cohesive platform experiences
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform-based products • Proven experience owning complex systems or platform-level product areas • Strong systems thinking • Experience working closely with Engineering on technical design, trade-offs, and architecture • Track record of leading delivery for large, cross-functional teams
