📋 Description

• This role will focus on improving digital tools and workflows that enable accredited representatives to better assist Veterans with accessing and managing their benefits. • You’ll work closely with VA stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure solutions are user-centered, compliant, and impactful.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (ideally in federal, health IT, or large-scale enterprise systems). • Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery. • Ability to engage with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape solutions. • Familiarity with VA systems, benefits processes, or government service delivery is a strong plus. • Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint demo, retro, etc) and coordinating product releases. • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and outcomes. • Commitment to improving Veteran services through modern, user-centered technology. • A consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
