📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and HR escalations. • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering teamwork and employee engagement. • Support our Performance Review processes, ensuring they are conducted on-time and consistently by managers. • Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and addressing performance issues. • Assist in developing and implementing employee development and improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook. • Keep abreast of HR best practices and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements. • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Generate HR metrics and reports to track key HR performance indicators and support decision-making. • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, and policy changes. • Manage employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding) for all employees in your assigned department(s) and recommend, as well as implement, efficiencies to existing processes where possible.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist roles. • SHRM, CHRP or HRCI certification is a plus. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Proficiency with HRIS software and G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
