📋 Description

• Independently manage bookkeeping for e‑commerce clients (accounts payable / accounts receivable) • Ensure complete transfer of all required data from common shop systems into the accounting system • Set up and review the most commonly used systems in e‑commerce • Communicate confidently and independently with clients and government authorities • Coordinate deadlines and appointments for the client portfolio • Handle administrative tasks for the client base • Prepare reports and filings related to accounting • Support the preparation of monthly or quarterly closings as well as annual financial statements • Actively contribute to the further development of internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., tax clerk, certified balance sheet accountant) • Several years of professional experience in accounting • Ideally, experience in e‑commerce • Proficient in accounting systems • Quick to grasp digital processes • Able to work independently and in a structured manner • Hands‑on mentality • Willing to work fully digitally (paperless)
