📋 Description

• Drafting and negotiating contracts and contract amendments in close cooperation with project management • Supporting our projects in all aspects of contract management, including contract-compliant correspondence • Advising and supporting our project teams on all contract-related matters • Conducting contract reviews and assessing contractual risks • Taking on special tasks within your role • Reporting directly to the head of the main branch

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieur) or a comparable commercial, technical, or legal qualification • Several years of professional experience — ideally in technical building equipment (building services/MEP) or the construction industry • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations • Good legal knowledge, in particular of VOB, BGB and Werksvertragsrecht (contract-for-work law) • Confident user of common MS Office programs • Ideally experience with the industry software ProBauS • Conceptual, analytical and strategic way of working • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach • Independent, reliable and responsible way of working • High level of commitment, resilience and the ability to work in a team
