📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for leading the Business Unit from both technical and commercial perspectives • Lead the Business Unit in accordance with the guidelines and philosophy of our general management and cost accounting principles • Strategic and operational responsibility for personnel, sales and financial development • Monitor and control all processes according to our general management and cost accounting principles • Disciplinary leadership of employees within the Business Unit, including their development and qualification • Responsibility for all technical and commercial operations within the Business Unit • Support and management of technical and strategic projects and contracts • Participation in procurement negotiations, including independent costing, proposal preparation and change order management • Active account management and advisory support for our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of leadership experience in a similar position, ideally in the areas of insulation or fire protection • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic understanding • Excellent communication skills, decisiveness and assertiveness • Experience in project management and customer support
