📋 Description

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities • Lead and guide project teams • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues • Oversee procurement activities to support project requirements • Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering • Extensive project management experience with a focus on electrical integrations in newbuild shipbuilding or similar complex engineering projects • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience with project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall) • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) • Project management certification (IPMA‑B, PMI, PRINCE) or equivalent extensive experience • Willingness to travel for assignments at client sites or changing project locations • Excellent written and spoken German and English
