📋 Description

• Assessing residents' outcomes and quality of life as part of conducting and guiding care visits • Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and systems • Analyzing, organizing, coordinating and ensuring — as well as advising on — the optimization of workflows in the senior care centers • Monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines • Ensuring adherence to the targets of the quality management system and maintaining structural, process and outcome quality • Supporting senior care centers before, during and after visits by the MDK (Medical Service of the Health Insurance Funds), the care supervisory authority (Heimaufsicht) and other external inspections • Implementing, further developing and evaluating the internal quality management system

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a qualified nurse (state-certified/registered nurse) • Further training and/or a degree in quality management, nursing management or health management followed by at least 3 years of management experience • Confident presence and strong communication skills • Analytical ability to identify problems, evaluate them and initiate appropriate measures • Competence in directing and implementing professional nursing tasks • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills combined with assertiveness • Willingness to travel for a regional position
