📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for managing the business unit from both technical and commercial perspectives • Lead the business unit in accordance with the guidelines and philosophy of our general management and cost-accounting principles • Strategic and operational responsibility for personnel, sales and financial development • Monitor and control all processes in line with our general management and cost-accounting principles • Disciplinary leadership of employees and responsibility for their development • Responsible for all technical and commercial operations within the business unit • Support and control of technical and strategic projects • Participation in contract negotiations including costing and change order management • Active customer relationship management and advisory services

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of management experience in a similar role, ideally in insulation or fire protection • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic understanding • Excellent communication skills, decisiveness and assertiveness • Experience in project management and customer support
