📋 Description

• Shape growth. Sell solutions. Build long-term customer relationships. • Active sales of services in the area of Technical Facility Management (TGM) as well as maintenance, repair and service offerings • Support, maintenance and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships • Targeted new customer acquisition with a focus on concluding long-term service and maintenance contracts • Analysis of customers' technical and commercial requirements and development of tailored service and support concepts • Preparation and costing of proposals for maintenance contracts, service packages and TGM services • Conducting contract and price negotiations through to successful closure • Close collaboration with our Service Managers, Project Managers and inside sales team • Monitoring and analysis of market and competitor trends in the service and TGM environment

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed technical or commercial training, ideally in building services engineering, electrical/building technology, heating/ventilation/refrigeration, measurement and control technology or plant engineering • Several years of experience in sales of service, maintenance or TGM offerings is an advantage • Strong technical understanding and a solution- and customer-oriented mindset • Confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals • High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, independent working style • Willingness to travel within the Northern/Eastern/Western region • Class B driving license
