📋 Description

• Full management of marketing campaigns — from planning and creative briefs to channel oversight • Planning and execution of micro-events and brand activations (media days, fan events, trade shows such as FIBO) • On-site event marketing at our live tournaments (coordinating deliverables, show planning, guest management) • CRM and newsletter marketing (content creation in German, coordinating ticket launch, and lead-generation campaigns)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or project management (agency experience is a strong plus) • A passion for sports — ideally professional experience in sports or a strong personal interest in combat sports and MMA • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously • Flexibility, as tournament weekends and travel to live events are a regular part of the role • Native or fluent German and business-fluent English • Based in the Munich region is highly desirable for occasional in-person syncs with Patrick and the team; however, this is a 100% remote role from anywhere in Germany
