📋 Description

• Scale the creator program from seeding with smaller creators up to paid collaborations. • Own Instagram and TikTok: content calendar, ideation, and community management. • Create viral content centered on the hair clip product. • Develop ideas, hooks, formats, and campaigns inspired by trends and everyday life.

🎯 Requirements

• Truly obsessed with content. • Experience producing Reels, videos, and posts. • Strong instinct for creators and an actionable network. • Data-driven mindset to understand what works. • Full ownership mentality and ability to work independently. • German at native-speaker level.
