📋 Description

• Manage relationships with VIP clients in the local market • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and rapport-building efforts • Develop and implement customer service processes and systems, including management rules and monitoring of key customer status • Analyze client behavior to identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences • Drive growth of potential clients through product offerings, offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns • Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and drive leads and conversions among VIP tiers • Maintain accurate data and information for weekly updates and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales and client services functions within the international financial sector, preferably in banking or investments • Proven track record of managing client portfolios including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, and private bank customers • Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous • Strong communication and written skills in both English and Vietnamese • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent multitasking skills
