📋 Description

• Lead the conceptual development of creative projects, translating business and communication challenges into relevant, consistent ideas • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for brand, campaign, and communication challenges • Turn briefs into creative proposals connected to the business, brand strategy, and different audiences • Participate in brainstorming sessions, strategic discussions, meetings, and presentations • Build and present concepts and creative proposals to different stakeholders • Create and guide assets and adaptations for different channels, formats, and communication journeys • Partner with other creatives and teams across the company • Oversee projects from end to end, ensuring quality, consistency, organization, and adherence to agreed expectations • Handle assignments autonomously, anticipating issues and proposing solutions • Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual language and creative territories • Share knowledge and creative references with the team • Explore new references, tools, technologies, and visual languages to enhance the creative process • Work as part of Grupo OLX’s Creative team on brand, campaign, and communication projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or professional experience in Design, Communications, Advertising, or related fields • Relevant professional experience in Design, Art Direction, or Creative roles • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Knowledge of PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools • Strong foundations in design, composition, typography, color, art direction, and visual identity • Experience creating concepts, campaigns, assets, and adaptations for different formats, channels, and platforms • Experience working on brand and communication projects with different stakeholders • Knowledge of AI tools applied to creative work • Ability to manage projects autonomously, with organization and attention to detail • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills when working with different teams and professional profiles • Solid experience as a Designer, Art Director, or creative professional, with a portfolio demonstrating visual excellence, broad creative references, and conceptual thinking • Ability to turn problems and briefs into relevant creative concepts and ideas • Ability to work strategically, connecting creativity, brand, communication, and business objectives • Autonomy to manage projects and make decisions within your scope of responsibility • Strong visual references and an interest in culture, behavior, brands, communications, and trends • Ability to present, advocate for, and sell ideas to different audiences and stakeholders • Strong communication skills and ease working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams • Ability to give and receive feedback • Organization, process awareness, and accountability for deadlines and deliverables • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new formats, tools, and visual languages • Experience with video and/or motion will be a significant advantage • Experience and interest in AI applied to creative work will be a significant advantage
