• Own enterprise project delivery end to end • Lead onboarding and integration projects for complex North American enterprise accounts • Create and maintain detailed project plans • Proactively identify and manage risks gradually • Ensure every integration solves the client's agreed use cases • Build strong relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders • Lead client meetings with clear agendas and follow-up • Provide regular visibility on project status • Act as primary PS contact for North American CS, Sales, and Solutions Architecture teams • Work closely with the EMEA Professional Services team • Review and improve delivery processes and contribute to onboarding and training
• 7+ years of technical project management experience in an enterprise SaaS organisation • Strong working knowledge of APIs, data feeds and system integrations • Stakeholder gravitas with senior commercial and technical stakeholders • Project management rigour with detailed plans and risk logs • Understanding of how retailers are structured and tech stacks • Organised and accountable • Ability to operate independently in a global team
