⢠Degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering, utility/grid construction or a comparable qualification/degree. ⢠Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business. ⢠Several years of leadership/management responsibility. ⢠Entrepreneurial mindset and approach; team player; confident; service-oriented; resilient; strong decision-making and communication skills. ⢠Proven experience independently acquiring new clients and projects, negotiating proposals and closing contracts. ⢠Several years of cost-center and Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility. ⢠Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is desirable. ⢠Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills are a plus.
