📋 Description

• Actively support end-to-end process mapping. • Execute control tests and formalize documentation. • Lead the technical understanding of processes across multiple areas of the company. • Assist in organizing interview scripts and roadmaps. • Propose continuous improvements that fit the company’s dynamic reality. • Perform periodic monitoring and provide constructive follow-up with area owners.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. • Experience: Solid prior experience in audit (internal or external), risk management, compliance, or internal control processes, consistent with a mid-level role. • Technical: Practical proficiency in conducting interviews, preparing process narratives, flowcharts and audit tests (walkthroughs). • Tools: Advanced Office suite (especially Excel for data management and control matrices), process-design tools (Visio, Bizagi, Miro, etc.) and use of AI tools to optimize routines. • Frameworks: Practical knowledge of risk and governance frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000). • Differentials: Previous exposure to financial routines (accounting or tax) and experience in technology/SaaS companies. • Proactive, action-oriented profile (sense of ownership). • Assertive communication and influencing skills. • Adaptability and resilience. • Organization and discipline.
