• Define and drive Omnidian’s technology vision, strategy and execution • Lead Engineering, Data Science, Data Management and Security • Develop and execute a cross-functional technology strategy • Partner closely with Product Management, Operations, and Go-to-Market functions
• 20+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership, with 8+ years in a senior executive role • Deep experience building technology teams and capabilities at companies going through rapid, nonlinear scale across multiple industries at the Series B and C stages and beyond • Proven success scaling B2B platforms in a high-growth, Agile environment with a focus on data management, insights and science • Deep technical expertise in software development, data science, cloud architecture, infrastructure, and security • Demonstrated experience leading or integrating AI/ML or automation solutions into business workflows • Track record of building and leading distributed teams with exceptional communication and collaboration • Preference for Seattle-based or willing to relocate or extensively travel
