• Provide end-to-end operational leadership for retail manufacturing operations across multiple sites • Ensure operations meet or exceed customer requirements, regulatory standards, and quality expectations • Drive Lean manufacturing principles, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives • Lead a strong safety culture ensuring compliance with all regulations • Own the manufacturing operating budget, including labor, overhead, inventory, and capital expenditures • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and enabling technologies • Build a high-engagement culture that aligns with company values • Lead manufacturing and operations integration for acquisitions across multiple locations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • 15+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience; metals manufacturing strongly preferred • Proven experience leading multi-site operations with full P&L, capital, and workforce responsibility • Demonstrated success driving Lean transformation, standardization, and margin improvement at scale • Experience integrating acquired operations is strongly preferred • Strong operational, financial, and analytical acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution • Effective communicator who can lead through influence in a matrixed environment • Collaborative leadership style with a track record of building strong teams and developing leaders • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
