📋 Description

• Handle and process moderately complex orders from order creation through invoicing • Assist the Borealis General Sales Manager with sales planning and processes by collating data • Serve as a link between customers and sales staff • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes • Handle complex customer complaints and requests • Process and maintain customer master data, pricing conditions, commercial conditions, contracts, and customer hierarchies • Handle standard and non-standard customer requests and provide timely solutions and alternatives • Keep customer files updated with current commercial information • Research and resolve complex customer complaints and issues • Register complaints and communicate with customers according to standards

🎯 Requirements

• Master Diploma: Business Administration or similar • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience after Bachelor or 0–1 years after Master • More than 3 years of proven customer support or client service representative experience • Track record of over-achieving objectives • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Good customer service experience managing maritime/export processes, including logistics, booking, documentation, and customs clearance processes, considered an advantage • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • MS Office and SAP/other relevant IT systems, advantage • Advanced English • Spanish, French, Italian, or any Eastern European language skills, advantage
