📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of the Managing Director's calendar, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and proactive scheduling across Operations and Finance workstreams. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process corresponding expenses in a timely manner. • Support the Managing Director in preparing for recurring finance and operational cadences (e.g., monthly All Hands, budget cycles, operational reviews). • Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, presentations, and briefing documents as needed. • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed, providing coordination and follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in organizations with Finance and/or Operations functions. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, competing priorities across multiple workstreams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion. • Comfort working with financial documents, operational reports, and business data at a summary level. • Proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or equivalents). • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
