📋 Description

• Respond to emails and phone calls maintaining the One80 service expectations. • Prepare, review and process new business, renewal binders and policy changes within delegated authority • Ensure electronic files are maintained in accordance with documentation standards and retention guidelines. • Maintain working knowledge of procedures and guidelines for performing daily duties, reports and supporting relationships with agents and underwriters • Build and maintain working relationships with peers and other professionals across organizational lines; ability to work effectively independently and within a collaborative team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years related experience in professional office environment • P&C Insurance licensing in your resident state is preferred and will be required within 90 days of hire • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy • Technological/PC competence for computer/online work systems/programs including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe with ability to quickly learn proprietary software • Capacity to multi-task efficiently and balance seasonal business spikes • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy • Ability to apply critical thinking/problem solving to identify key issues with recommended resolutions • Strong organization and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
