📋 Description
• Lead and manage overseas outsourcing partners responsible for submission clearance, rating, endorsement processing, and other policy administration functions • Oversee and develop a small internal operations team handling policy servicing, agency appointments, and licensing • Serve as primary liaison to parent company functions including accounting, finance, regulatory filings, licensing, and IT • Coordinate directly with carriers, departments of insurance, and other external stakeholders on data calls, reporting, audits, and information requests • Take ownership of special projects and emerging needs, bringing structure and execution to areas where responsibility may not be clearly defined
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 3 – 7 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, compliance, program administration, or a related operational role • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior leadership, carriers, regulators, and external partners
