📋 Description

• Promote and sell assigned Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to potential clients over the phone and through email, mail, and fax. • Handle servicing clients during their first year of policy coverage with Pearl. • Prioritize sales leads from various sources, such as the Monthly Sales Funnel and Daily Activity Report. • Conduct a high volume of customer contact via phone, email, mail, and fax. • Document sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Build and maintain customer relationships by responding to various questions, needs, and requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry. • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization. • Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain). • Regular use of a personal computer including ability to use the following software/systems – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system E-storage solutions Adobe or Foxit PDF MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
