📋 Description

• Manage assigned Temporary Staffing Service’s workers’ comp book of business to meet established yearly retention goals • Deliver competitive renewal options that meet our agency partner requests and expectations to secure renewal policy • Exhibit strong decision-making skills to direct, monitor and respond to partner agents in a timely and professional manner on all regional policy inquiries and requests • Provide agent onboarding of all new policies to deliver clear understanding of carrier requirements, claims reporting, billing and policy service expectations • Build solid carrier relationships to expedite solutions to our agents/policyholders • Be proactive with agents and internal staff on updates on significant policies changes or events that affect policies or regional books • Maintain active policy records and add documentation within our data management system

🎯 Requirements

• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 120 days • 4-7 years of workers compensation experience in an agency, carrier, or wholesaler setting • Experience managing a book of business within underwriting guidelines • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work across internal teams, carrier partners, and agency networks • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and performance reports • Agency management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
