📋 Description

• serve as a senior operational lead on complex client accounts • own and continuously elevate the overall client experience • act as a primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders • manage execution of complex renewal cycles • drive accountability across the service team by managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards • navigate and support complex funding arrangements • mentor and elevate junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee benefits account management • deep understanding of employee benefits, including both fully insured and alternative funding arrangements • proven ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed team structure • strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders • exceptional project management and organizational skills • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Life & Health License required
