📋 Description

• lead financial strategy, underwriting analysis, and data-driven consulting within this segment • develop and produce financial models, underwriting analysis, and reporting for complex clients • analyze claims, utilization, and cost drivers to identify risks and cost containment opportunities • ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all financial data and reporting • serve as the financial subject matter expert for assigned clients, advising on funding strategy • participate in and present during client meetings, including renewals and strategic planning sessions • partner with carriers and vendors to validate data and improve financial outcomes • operate as a core leader within the client team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee benefits financial consulting, underwriting, or actuarial-related roles • proven experience supporting large, complex clients (3,000+ lives) • strong ability to translate complex data into strategic, executive-level insights • executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders • advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools • life & health license required • actuarial coursework or designations preferred
