• Managing a caseload of retirement plan clients • Accurate plan administration • Regulatory compliance • Proactive client relationship management • Technical execution of plan operations • Government filings and participant transactions
• Experience with 401(k) and 403(b) plans • Depth of knowledge in ERISA, DFVCP, VCP filings • Proficient in Non-Discrimination testing (Section 401(a)(4), 401(a)(26)) • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, Docusign • ASPPA and/or CEBS designation required • 10+ years of experience in all aspects of retirement plan administration
