• Lead the complete bid process from RFI/RFP receipt to final delivery • Drive sales-defined bid strategies and win themes while coordinating technical, commercial, legal, and financial inputs • Conduct critical "go/no-go" assessments and capture reviews • Author, edit, and quality-assure proposal content to maintain high standards of clarity, compliance, and customer focus • Maintain the proposal content library and templates to ensure organisational readiness • Facilitate win/loss sessions and lessons-learned reviews to drive ongoing learning and process optimisation • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, CSM, delivery teams, partners, and senior leadership
• 5–8+ years in bid/proposal management or relevant project management • Experience in IT, software, defence, energy, or professional services is ideal • Exceptional written and verbal English skills with a proven ability for persuasive storytelling and professional proposal writing • Highly organised and deadline-driven with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and utilising CRM/proposal tools such as Salesforce and Loopio • A proactive and analytical approach to solving complex problems • A self-motivated team player with strong time management skills and a customer-oriented mindset • Exceptional written and fluent English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is desirable • Candidates must possess the right to work within a One Identity country of employment, as sponsorship is not available.
