• Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively. • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials. • Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales activities to ensure timely execution. • Conduct market research and compile data to support sales and marketing decisions. • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Organize events, conferences, and client meetings as required. • Handle correspondence, communication, and follow-ups with clients and partners. • Support the sales team in lead generation and tracking. • Manage administrative tasks to facilitate team productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within marketing or sales. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information. • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus. • Positive attitude with a proactive mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
