📋 Description

• Identify New Partners: Research and reach out to sports facilities and organizers who could be a good fit for GoodRec. • Support Regional Managers: Work closely with Regional Managers by qualifying leads and helping build a consistent pipeline for their markets. • Outbound Outreach: Connect with potential partners through calls, emails, and social outreach to book introductory meetings. • Market Research: Help identify growth opportunities in specific regions by gathering insights on local sports communities. • CRM Updates: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of outreach and lead activity to support smooth handoffs across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in operations, sales or business development, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field. • Native English level: fluent verbal and written communication. • Full-time availability.
