📋 Description

• Develop engaging and effective creative assets for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate identity • Develop creative concepts and turn them into visually appealing designs • Continuously analyze and optimize social ad performance based on feedback and performance data • Create visual concepts and assets for landing pages • Implement landing page concepts using our proprietary AI-powered page builder software • Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs • Develop creative assets for Google Display Ads and image extensions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in social media advertising and marketing • Strong knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience creating static and animated ads for Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Initial experience using AI assistants to develop concepts and visual content • Openness to exploring the possibilities of AI • Ability to understand user needs and develop engaging, functional designs • Strong aesthetic sense and the ability to develop creative, innovative design solutions • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team • Very good written and spoken German and English • Structured approach to work and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
