📋 Description

• Own the complete design lifecycle for various products, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation. • Translate complex user and business challenges into simple, elegant, and functional design solutions that align with user needs and strategic goals. • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate design concepts and ensure an intuitive user experience. • Conduct user testing and leverage data-driven insights to validate design decisions, ensuring designs meet performance goals and continuously improve based on user feedback. • Design and refine AI-driven workflows, including conversational and non-conversational AI experiences, focusing on clarity, usability, and engagement. • Craft refined micro-interactions, motion, and feedback states that make AI responses feel responsive and intentional. • Mentor junior designers, helping them grow their skills, navigate challenges, and refine their design approaches. • Contribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and features. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with technical requirements and product objectives. • Advocate for user-centered design thinking across the organization, ensuring that design decisions are informed by user insights and aligned with business objectives. • Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools. Integrate new ideas and approaches into design processes to enhance product experiences. • Ensure that all designs follow accessibility standards and guidelines, providing a seamless and inclusive experience for all users. • Manage multiple design initiatives concurrently while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems. • Ability to incorporate user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights into design decisions. • Strong communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. • Deep understanding of user interface and user experience principles, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality. • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to mentor and guide junior designers while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. • Experience designing for conversational AI agents, particularly with a focus on usability KPIs and iterative improvements. • Establish patterns and frameworks for responsible AI design. • Strong systems thinking and ability to design for ambiguity. • Use AI design tools to accelerate ideation, layout generation, copy exploration, and prototyping.
