📋 Description

• Act as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer • Provide critical support across our Salesforce instance, Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot) • Work closely with cross-functional partners from every department • Execute day-to-day support, maintenance, and data quality troubleshooting • Drive custom programmatic enhancements and complex data connectivity across tech ecosystems • Help enhance the platform, improve data quality, orchestrate cross-cloud journeys, and design scalable solutions • Manage all aspects of Salesforce user access, license security, and data governance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or related experience preferably in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar software/database-related field • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience and strong Salesforce product knowledge • Minimum of 1+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning component development • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing architecture • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and find effective Salesforce solutions • Strong relational database design skills • DevOps/release management experience and an understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge • Comfort with change management, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I and II, Experience Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant) • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft Composer, Tableau, or other Salesforce products • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SSO configuration
