• Customer acquisition and driving customer success • Onboarding new customers • Monitor Health Score • Develop experience and review strategies • Increase adoption of TrustMark and customer reviews • Produce videos and customer best-practice materials
🎯 Requirements
• No specific requirements regarding years of experience • Skills in customer management • Technical knowledge of platforms and applications • Ability to work independently • Software-savvy with relevant tools (whether specified or not)
