📋 Description

• Coordinate daily business operations • (Further) develop your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement presentation guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff scheduling and workforce planning • Perform economic/financial analysis of the store • Active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/business vocational training • Relevant experience in textile/fashion retail, preferably with store management experience • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
