📋 Description

• You coordinate the day-to-day business operations • Develop and advance your team through training and coaching • Merchandising – implement presentation/display guidelines • Plan in-store activities • Ensure efficient and effective staff planning • Conduct commercial/financial store analysis • Actively engage in sales

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training • Experience as a store manager in apparel/textile retail • Comfort with numbers and strong commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
