📋 Description

• Responds to customer inquiries about accounts, products, courses, or services via telephone, email, web chat or in-person. • Processes payments, orders, and membership applications. • Updates demographic information in membership software. • Serves as the first point of customer service contact. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem. • Assists customers with inquiries related to products, services, conferences, education courses and memberships. • Provides technical assistance to users navigating ONS's and affiliate websites.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • 0-3 years of related experience. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • Written and oral presentation skills include answering questions from customers and clients. • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
