📋 Description

• Support travellers throughout their journey, providing real-time assistance, coordinating solutions, managing requests, and ensuring a smooth and thoughtful travel experience from start to finish.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in travel, travel assistance, concierge, destination support, or customer experience in tourism. • Fluent / near-native French & English (mandatory) • Strong understanding of traveller expectations and operational realities of the tourism industry • Ability to manage multiple situations with calm, ownership, and attention to detail • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • A genuine interest in creating seamless and personalized travel experiences
