📋 Description
• Verantwortlich für den Erfolg von internationalen Beratungsprojekten im Bereich der digitalen Transformation • Entwicklung von I4.0-Zielbildern für internationale Kunden in Management-Workshops • Organisation und Durchführung von Expertentrainings zur Anwendung des Industrie 4.0 Maturity Index • Einbringung eigener Ideen in die interne Entwicklung des Unternehmens
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder ähnliches • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Fertigungsindustrie (z.B. Lean, Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung) • Erfahrung in internationalen Projektteams und erste Führungserfahrung • Interesse an Digitalisierungs- & Technologietrends und deren Verankerung in der Organisation • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Hands-on-Mentalität
