• Actively identify and generate new leads through research, cold calling, and networking • Utilize various outreach methods to connect with decision-makers, effectively introducing our staffing solutions • Maintain a high volume of outbound communication, including phone calls and emails, to engage potential clients • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with clients, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved • Discuss and negotiate rates and contract terms with clients • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales tactics that align with market needs
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience in business development and sales, preferably in the staffing industry • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment process • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects • Strong organizational and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred
