📋 Description

• Define and drive product initiatives from discovery through delivery. • Build and improve product management processes where structure does not yet exist. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, leadership, customers, and business stakeholders. • Translate customer feedback, business objectives, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements. • Drive product discovery, validation, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization. • Monitor feature adoption, user behavior, and product performance after launch. • Use analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product decisions. • Facilitate communication between engineering teams, leadership, and customers. • Influence cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility. • Leverage modern AI tools to improve research, documentation, analysis, and overall product workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, **5+ years of Product Management experience** • Experience working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working closely with software engineering teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience driving product initiatives from concept through delivery • Ability to operate effectively in environments with limited processes or structure • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
