📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned products from concept to retirement. • Ensure cross-functional team support on all aspects of product design, development, and execution. • Drive business analysis and experimentation, capturing insights that inform product design and development. • Monitor customer experience and identify/recommend enhancements to improve the experience and lead to greater product adoption. • Work closely with the Business Sales team to understand customer needs and pain points and drive product enhancements to address them. • Research and understand the competitive landscape in order to provide the products and features necessary for our success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or Product Development • Experience with Voice Communication technologies and services is required • Familiarity with telecom industry including regulatory frameworks • Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making skills • Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgement and creativity • Proficient with Microsoft Office
