• Supporting medical practices using our billing & practice management software • Helping users understand workflows, resolve issues, and work smarter • Troubleshooting billing questions (claims, payments, balances, posting, etc.) • Explaining complex things clearly — to non-technical users • Acting as a problem-solver, not a script-reader • Using customer interactions to come up with new ideas on how to make our software easier to use
