• Own the revenue and activation targets for our primary channel partners. • Ensure successful activation across our partner practices and build the framework to identify and scale high-potential providers. • Recruit, train, and mentor a Channel Partnerships & Activations team. • Build the playbooks, deal registration systems, and reporting dashboards that move the channel from a "pilot" phase to a repeatable, high-growth revenue stream.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Activation within B2B Healthcare. • A deep professional network and fluency in the dental industry. • Proven experience managing direct reports and scaling a field or activation team from the ground up. • Demonstrated ability to navigate the complexity of DME referrals and medical device implementation.
