📋 Description

• Define and execute OpenTable's B2C and B2B growth strategy in Germany, with additional support across Austria and Switzerland • Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through a highly localized approach • Partner with regional marketing leadership and global channel owners to define and execute regional B2C and B2B brand and performance marketing strategy • Manage the full lifecycle of localized consumer content and campaigns, including organic social strategy, influencer programs, local media productions, local partnerships, and paid media campaigns • Direct cross-channel marketing efforts across SEO, Email, and Performance Marketing • Drive targeted B2B initiatives, events, and local partnerships to expand market presence and strengthen the company's regional hospitality position • Establish testing strategies and use quantitative and qualitative data to track campaign performance, optimize tactics, and inform recommendations • Collaborate across sales, account management, public relations, and external agencies to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in brand, content, or digital marketing • Native-level in German and business-proficient English • Proven track record of building and executing cohesive social media strategies across organic and paid formats to drive conversions • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data, marketing platforms, and business intelligence tools to drive strategic decisions • Demonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder management and complex project execution • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Prior marketing experience within the hospitality, lifestyle, or technology sectors • Deep understanding of the German restaurant industry and broader hospitality landscape • Demonstrated expertise in building cohesive brand partnership strategies across owned and sponsored formats • Ability to leverage artificial intelligence platforms to maximize operational efficiency • Strong adaptability and self-motivation, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
