📋 Description

• Develop distributed network virtualization software running on top of the Linux networking stack • Develop networking and security software • Work with a small, closely-knit team • Help shape innovative and secure networking solutions used by millions worldwide • Stay updated with the latest developments and participate in discussions about OpenVPN • Engage with OpenVPN on Github, LinkedIn, and Facebook

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in the computer networking and/or network-security industry • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming, including C++20 and higher, for networking and security applications • Comfortable with the CMake build system • Understanding of RAII and concurrency, including std::memory_order • In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, sockets, and IP routing • Understanding of TLS, PKI, encryption, and authentication • Experience with Amazon Web Services, especially driving AWS • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with OpenVPN, OpenSSL, IPsec, Asio, Rust, AWS, and Linux kernel development is a plus
