• Examine contract agreements, invoices, and A/R and A/P records for accuracy. • Identify key terms, fees, dates, and financial entries with full precision. • Confirm document completeness and alignment with internal requirements. • Enter and update financial and contractual information into internal systems. • Validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Flag inconsistencies or missing details before final submission. • Maintain organized records of contract files and financial documents. • Ensure all digital documents are accurate, updated, and stored properly. • Assist with documenting workflows and updating SOPs for contract processing. • Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Coordinate with teams across time zones to ensure smooth contract processing. • Resolve questions or missing information through clear, professional communication.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or contract administration experience • Experience working within a Fortune 500 or similar structured corporate environment • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • English proficiency at the B2/C1 level • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and spreadsheet tools • Exceptional detail orientation and document accuracy • Strong organizational and time management skills.
